Tanya’s role in Mistoria is dealing with the day-to-day management of all the Liverpool rental properties. Tanya responds to any lettings enquiries and arranges/carries out viewings for any potential tenants. Her role is also to generate new business for Mistoria and to ensure that all properties get let.
Tanya has 5 years’ experience working in a residential sales and lettings environment and really enjoys dealing with clients and being able to find them a property.
In her spare time Tanya likes to travel and spend time with her fiancé Liam.

Julie’s career in estate agency spans over 20 years, and began with a part time weekend job, to supplement her income whilst studying. During her career she has gained a strong background in both sales and lettings.

Dealing with the day-to-day letting of all the Liverpool rental properties.
Responding to lettings enquiries
Arranging viewings for potential tenants
Arranging valuations for potential landlords
Ensuring properties are fully let
Administration of applications and tenancy paperwork
When she is not at work, she enjoys spending free time with family but, as mother to a teenage daughter, this doesn’t happen as often as she would like. She also likes taking the dogs for long walks and reading.

Lauren has four years experience in the industry, covering all aspects of lettings and property management, including HMO properties, student lettings and block management.
She has strong interpersonal and communication skills, provides excellent customer service, and good IT knowledge, including Excel.
Her responsibilities at Mistoria include overseeing the day to day management of the branch lettings department, including tenancy paperwork, certification, maintenance and liasing with clients.
Outside of work, she relaxes by going to a variety of shows, travelling and spending time with her family.
